Plant Based Meatballs
Cooking Instructions Recomended
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
15-18 minutes
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place 8 frozen plant-based meatballs (2 serving) on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Add to your favorite sauce.
STOVETOP
12-17 minutes
Heat 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based meatballs, covered, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Carefully add 1/2 cup of water and continue cooking, covered, for 7 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT)
41/2-5 minutes
In a microwave safe bowl, add 4 frozen plant-based meatballs (1 serving) and 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce and cover with a microwave safe lid. Cook for 41/2 to 5 minutes.
